Cédric, is instrumental in the original structuring of the overall business and is a key member of the management of the company.

Before his appointment at Sprinky he has spent all his professional career in the wealth management, asset management and advisory businesses. After graduating from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve (Ingenious Commercial et de Gestion) he started working at General de Banque in the investment advisory division.

In 1999 he joined Foyer Group, first as a wealth manager and later as Chief Investment Officer. He later worked at the independent wealth and fund management boutique Smart Group in charge of the group's funds management and later independent fund structuring activity for international clients (Europe, Russia and Latin America). And finally helped the UK-based asset manager Prosperity Capital to launch its first investment fund.

Besides its activity in the financial sector he always kept an eye on private asset deal.

In all past activities, he always had a focused on synergies created by assembling skills and resources of people from different backgrounds and environments.

Yousra decided to bring her experience and co-create SPRINKLY Partners to share the vision and values. She is in charge of sourcing opportunities and co-manage the Paulownia project.

Before Sprinky, she spent her entire professional career in consulting. Graduate of the Céria Campus in Tourism in Belgium, IATA Montreal, holds a bachelor's degree.

She started her career in 1999 as Assistant Contracting at Liberty Channels. Yousra explores and negotiates contracts as part of commercial policy, quickly becomes responsible for web communication and service offers.

From 2003 to 2011, she was an executive in an independent group in the Luxury Travel business.

After 15 years of professional experience in the travel industry, Yousra becomes an actor in sustainable development which aims to meet the needs of present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

From 2011, she will advise companies and investors seeking opportunities in border and emerging markets as well as potential local companies by providing them with management support and advice on restructuring their market offerings.

Slim is an agribuisness engineer specialized in rural development and agricultural economic policy. After a 5-year graduation from the National Agronomy Institute of Tunisia, he got his third cycle diploma of higher specialized studies in "Quality Management of agrifood industries" from the French School of Agriculture and Engineering of Lille (ISA-Lille) and successively a specialized degree in "Marketing and International Buisness of Agrifood products" from the International Food Process Institute (Brest-France).

After a couple of years of professional experience in the field of quality process in agri-food units in France, his passion for entrepreneurship pushed him to go back in 99' to his native country, Tunisia and to put his skills into the benefit of a real project in partnership with a French company, ACI International. He started his carrier in 1999 as the commercial manager of the LTCI company (Laboratoires Tunisiens de Chimie Industrielle).

Hence he was the promoter and founder of a production unit of chemical cleaning agents (ACI-Tunisia) in 2001 and administrator within the same firm. In 2005, he was the manager of the Agrotech Trading Company and acted as a free consultant in several agro-industrial and agri-buisness projects. Always with an entrepreneurship mind, he developed a Tunisian-Canadian partnership in the field of food processes and helped the delocalization and settlement of a Canadian canning industry, the CTIA (Canado-tunisienne des Industries Agro-alimentaires). He was the general manager of the CTIA and one of the shareholders from 2006 until 2017.

Since 2018, he is acting as an independent consultant for the account of foreign investors. Presently, he in charge of the implantation of and integrated and innovative sericulture project. He is also concerned by providing finance and business consultancy in takeovers, advisory for acquisitions ad fund raising.

Slim is married and father of 3 children.

Tarek is co-founder of SPRINKLY Partners and a member of the Board of Directors.
An energy engineer, he has been involved for several years in international development cooperation projects and provides technical assistance to energy transition projects in different regions of the world. As part of its activities, he collaborates with international donors, including the World Bank and the German international cooperation agency GIZ as well as with local authorities. Tarek is fluent in French, English, German, Arabic and Spanish.

Mr Speeckaert in an independent member of the Board of Directors of Investment Funds and industrial holdings. He started his career as a Management Consultant. As Director of KPMG Consulting in London and Sao Paulo, Brazil, he led various high profile engagements in the Telecoms, Energy and Agri-business industries. As Director of structured finance of Banca Intesa-San Paolo (London), he worked with leaders of the Telecom companies and vendors, to structure new Operators funding in Spain and Latin America. Since 2010 he is a Luxembourg based, independent director of regulated Investment Funds (with Rothschild, UBS, KBL among others) and member of the Board of several industrial holdings, including Argentine’s largest industrial company (Grupo Techint). He is regularly advising European and World entrepreneurs on setting up new Private Equity structures in Luxembourg. He is a member of the Luxembourg Institute of Administrators ((ILA). MrSpeeckaert holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and a B.A in Philosophy from the University of Louvain, and is contributing and active member of the Alumni association of UC Berkeley.

Jean Sébastien , spent all his professional career in the asset management and advisory businesses. After graduating from the Univerisity of Louvain-La-Neuve (Ingénieur Commercial et de Gestion, magna cum laude) he started working at Paribas, in the capital markets division and then in the asset management arm of the group.
In 1998 he joined Deutsche Bank, first as a fixed income portfolio manager and later as the head of portfolio of the fund of funds business. He later worked at Dexia Asset Management in charge of the group's hedge fund of fund portfolio management before founding FourWinds Capital Management, a Boston-based hedge funds and private equity group focused on commodities and natural resources.
As the Chief Investment Officer of the Group, he oversaw the acquisition of companies in spaces such as forestry, water treatment, waste and global commodities.
Since 2009 he has been advising companies on their financial structures and strategic plans, while founding several companies in the alternative precious metal sector.
JS is an integral member of our team and brings a wealth of experience and contacts to our commodities and finance team. He has an unrivalled ability to foresee challenges and develop novel solutions to overcome those challenges. Sufian Bataineh’s practice is focused on corporate restructuring, private equity & venture capital and securitisation. Recent mandates include the set up of a regulated investment fund investing in claims repackaged into securities, the set-up of an unregulated investment structure financing hotel development. He is an expert in Islamic Finance, and a regular speaker at conferences on this topic. He studied law in Jordan, England and the USA and holds a postgraduate degree in business administration. He speaks Arabic, English and French.

Ferdi Renier started his career in the eighties in the banking sector as a correspondent banking officer (at the International Department of Generale Bank, Belgium's leading bank at the time) later to become Area Manager for the Middle East, in charge of the commercial relations with local banks.
Late eighties, early nineties, he was in charge of Generale Bank's representative office in Moscow, facilitating the trade relationship between Belgium and the former Soviet Union.
Following that period, he returned to Belgium to become a member of the managerial staff of Fortis (successor of Generale Bank) as Alternate Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate Finance Capital Markets. In that period he advised in multiple selling and buying transactions of industrial companies, both domestic and international.
In the years 2000 he served as Senior Private Banker at Fortis Private Baking and Vice President Global Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch (later Bank of America). As from 2010 he joined the management team in charge of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance of a Belgian private equity fund.
In 2016 and 2017 he acted as a consultant to the Corporate Finance team of a accountancy firm, ranked top ten in Belgium.
Today he provides finance & business consultancy in takeovers, acquisitions and fund raising as partner of a corporate finance advisory firm.
